Shipping & Payment

How used XCMG concrete pump trucks are loaded, paid for and documented when they leave China. Every quotation states the Incoterm and the loading port in writing.

Terms

We quote both FOB and CIF. FOB is based on Shanghai, Qingdao or Tianjin. CIF is quoted to your destination port.

FOB Shanghai FOB Qingdao FOB Tianjin CIF <your port>

Tell us the port and we will quote both options so you can compare the freight cost directly.

Loading Methods

Depending on the unit and the route, truck-mounted concrete pumps are usually shipped by RoRo vessel, breakbulk, or flat-rack container. We will recommend the most economical option for your port.

  • RoRo — usually the cheapest and simplest for a drivable truck.
  • Breakbulk — used when RoRo space is unavailable or the boom is unusually long.
  • Flat-rack — a container option for smaller units and certain destinations.

Payment

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and the balance before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed for repeat buyers.

The deposit is confirmed in a written sales contract that states the model, year, boom length, emission standard, price and Incoterm of the exact machine you are buying.

Documents Provided

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (where applicable), operation manual.

Where a specific document is not available for a particular machine, we will tell you before you place the deposit — not after.

Timeline

What happens after you place the order

  1. Contract and deposit

We issue a sales contract stating the exact machine and terms. You pay the 30% deposit by T/T.

  2. Pre-shipment check

The truck is re-checked, washed, photographed and any agreed repair or repaint is completed.

  3. Booking and loading

We book the vessel, deliver to the port and load by RoRo, breakbulk or flat-rack.

  4. Balance and documents

Balance is paid before shipment. We release the bill of lading and the full document set.

  5. Transit

Sailing time is usually 15–45 days depending on destination port and method. We confirm the estimate with your quotation.

Transit time and ports

We load from Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin. Typical sailing times are confirmed per quotation, because they depend on the vessel schedule and whether the unit goes RoRo or breakbulk.

If you are comparing suppliers, ask each one to state the loading port and the Incoterm explicitly. A "CIF price" without a named destination port cannot be compared.

Import rules in your country

Some countries in the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia restrict the import of used construction machinery by age or emission standard. Please confirm your country's rules before you order. Every listing states the year of manufacture and the emission standard of the actual machine, so you can check it against your import requirements.

Market configuration. These machines are built to Chinese market specification and are type-approved in China. Emission standards, safety equipment and other configuration can differ from the equivalent model sold in your market. You are responsible for confirming that the machine conforms to your country’s import, emissions and road-use requirements before you order. Ask us for photographs of the engine plate, the type plate and any required certificate, and have them checked by your customs broker or a local inspection body.
