Are these trucks brand new?
No. All units listed here are used machines. Each listing states the year of manufacture and the actual condition, and photos are of the specific truck you are buying.
Can I inspect the truck before buying?
Yes. You or your agent are welcome to inspect at our yard in China. If you cannot travel, we can arrange a video walkaround and a third-party inspection on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance paid before shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We regularly ship to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America and other regions. Send us your destination port for an exact CIF quote.
What emission standard are the engines?
The emission standard is stated on every listing. Be careful with this field: these machines are built to Chinese market specification and are type-approved in China, so the engine plate will normally read a China standard (China III, IV, V or VI). China V is comparable to, but is not the same certification as, Euro V. XCMG’s global site publishes no emission standard for these models at all, so we read it from the machine’s own engine plate and photograph it for you. Please confirm that your country’s import rules for used construction machinery allow that standard before you order. Configuration can differ between markets — emissions, safety equipment and road-use requirements among them — so please confirm that the machine conforms before you import it. We will send photographs of the engine plate, the type plate and the Chinese type-approval code, and you are welcome to have your customs broker or a local inspection body check them.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 15 to 45 days depending on the destination port and the shipping method. We confirm the estimated transit time with your quotation.
Can you supply spare parts?
Yes. We can supply common wear parts and hydraulic components with the truck or afterwards.
Do the trucks come with manuals?
Operation and maintenance manuals are provided where available. We will tell you clearly if a manual is missing for a specific unit.
Can you repaint the truck or repair faults before shipping?
Yes. Repainting and fault repair can be arranged before shipment, and the cost will be quoted separately. To be clear about what that does and does not mean: these are ordinary second-hand machines. They carry no XCMG certification, no factory warranty and no factory reconditioning, and XCMG has not inspected or approved them. Any warranty comes from us. Where we have replaced or repainted parts, the listing says so and the condition report records it.
How do I get a price?
Send the model or listing number, your destination port and your preferred shipping terms (FOB or CIF) on WhatsApp or through the form. We usually reply within 24 hours.
Import rules in your own country
Some countries restrict the import of used construction machinery by age, emission standard or pre-shipment inspection requirement. These rules change and they are set by your own authorities, so please confirm them before you order. Every listing on this site states the year of manufacture and the emission standard of the actual machine, so you can check it directly against your import requirements.
Market configuration. These machines are built to Chinese market specification and are type-approved in China. Emission standards, safety equipment and other configuration can differ from the equivalent model sold in your market. You are responsible for confirming that the machine conforms to your country’s import, emissions and road-use requirements before you order. Ask us for photographs of the engine plate, the type plate and any required certificate, and have them checked by your customs broker or a local inspection body.
